Shipping

We ship Australia-wide, straight to your door. All orders are securely packed and dispatched quickly from our Victorian warehouse.

Nutrition Capital aims to have orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days*.

Within Australia:

  • Standard Delivery – generally arrives in 2–6 business days from dispatch*.
  • Express Delivery – generally arrives in 1–3 business days from dispatch*.

To New Zealand:

  • Standard Post – estimated delivery in 6–10 business days.
  • Express Post – estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.

Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

We offer fast, secure, and affordable flat-rate shipping, with free shipping available when you spend over $150.

Yes! Choose “Click & Collect” at checkout to pick up from your local Nutrition Capital store. You’ll get an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

We sure do! If you’re local to one of our stores, we may be able to deliver directly to your door. Availability and delivery windows depend on your postcode.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
