Our amazing co-owner and the heart & soul of Nutrition Capital, bringing his passion and expertise to every aspect of our business.

Jose started early, landing his first job at a supplement store when he was just 14! His early fascination with supplements and training laid the foundation for his now 15-year career in health and fitness. 

Currently studying Naturopathy, Jose continues to expand his knowledge and expertise. He considers himself an expert in rating gyms and donut shops, and he’s more than happy to share his top recommendations. His experience with natural testosterone boosters is particularly notable, stemming from his own use after bodybuilding competitions.

Jose’s favourite piece of health advice is: "You would be surprised how much the simple practice of taking consecutive conscious deep breaths throughout the day can help." 

Outside of his professional life, Jose enjoys lifting weights, shooting hoops, and playing video games like Fortnite and Pokémon. He’s also a fan of WWE, loves learning about different countries and their histories, and is passionate about travelling and exploring new places.
