Please find below specific details on Nutrition Capital's shipping & delivery options:
Nutrition Capital uses Australia Post to send your items and offers both Standard and Express shipping options.
Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.
Nutrition Capital aims to have orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days*.
Whilst Nutrition Capital endeavours to have orders processed within 24 business hours, occasional processing delays may occur. Where processing delays may occur, Nutrition Capital will endeavour to contact the customer to provide a relevant update.
Order processing does not occur on weekends. Nutrition Capital will endeavour to process all weekend orders within 24 hours of the next business day.
Sale Periods:
We do our very best to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days. During peak sale periods, our online team may need a little extra time to carefully pack your order. Once dispatched, any delivery delays from Australia Post are unfortunately outside our control, but we’re always here to help!
Within Australia
- Standard Delivery – generally arrives in 2–6 business days from dispatch*.
- Express Delivery – generally arrives in 1–3 business days from dispatch*.
* While Australia Post endeavours to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed depends on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in the delivery network at the time.
All delivery times are based on business days and exclude weekends. Some rural areas may take longer.
To New Zealand
- Standard Post – estimated delivery in 6–10 business days.
- Express Post – estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.
Optional add-ons are available at checkout:
- Signature on Delivery (+$5 NZD)
- Transit Cover (insurance) (+3% of order value)
All New Zealand parcels include tracking.
Within Australia
(Orders under $150)
- Standard Post: $10.00 AUD
- Express Post: $15.95 AUD
- Orders over $150 receive FREE Standard Shipping!
To New Zealand
(Parcels up to 2kg)
- Standard Post: $27.96 NZD
- Express Post: $39.15 NZD
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link or number.
With this link you can track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.
Please note: Tracking emails may arrive in Junk/Spam inboxes.
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that covers your order if it is lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. Coverage applies up until the order is marked as delivered by the courier.
Once delivery has been completed, Shipping Protection no longer applies. If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout or directly with the courier, the delivery is considered complete once the parcel is left at the nominated location. Nutrition Capital is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been made under ATL.
Proof of Delivery (such as delivery confirmation or courier records) can be provided upon request.
If you experience a delivery issue prior to delivery, please contact us and we’ll assist with the claims process.
Due to weight restrictions, limited postage options and variable shipping charges apply for all Energy Drinks & RTDs including box quantities. Additional shipping charges for heavy/bulky items also apply.

- 2 Cases – $20
- 3 Cases – $25
- 4 Cases – $30
Customers will be contacted if delivery cannot be fulfilled, in which case a refund will be issued.
Note: Express postage & Free Shipping is unavailable for box quantities.
Customers can now select Authority To Leave (ATL) at checkout.
By selecting Authority To Leave (ATL) at checkout, you authorise the courier to leave your order unattended at the delivery address if no one is present.
Please note that Nutrition Capital is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been delivered and marked as “left at premise” by the courier.
Choosing ATL means you accept full responsibility for the parcel after delivery. If you prefer added security, we recommend selecting a delivery option that requires a signature on arrival.
If you wish to retract your Authority To Leave after an order is placed, please contact us via email hello@nutritioncapital.com.au
(When Signature Required)
If a signature is required and no one is there to accept the parcel, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office or placed in a Parcel Locker.
Australia Post will notify you of the collection details by email, SMS, the AusPost app or a card left at your address.
Our Click & Collect service is available at all store locations.
Simply select Pick Up In-store on the checkout page, followed by your preferred store location.
Please note: If you are unable to select your preferred location, this may indicate that one or more products in your cart are unavailable at that location.

We offer Local Delivery to selected suburbs for a flat-rate fee of $9.95, with free local delivery on orders over $150 (line item value). Deliveries run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with orders typically arriving within 1–3 business days.
All local deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) and include proof of delivery. Availability, delivery days, fees, and the full list of eligible suburbs can be found on our Local Delivery page.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving it so we can assist promptly. Please note that concerns raised outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
