Ri - Your Holistic Fitness and Rehabilitation Specialist

Ri decided to study fitness out of a sheer desire to learn and understand. This pursuit of knowledge ignited her passion for helping others find their way in health and fitness.

Equipped with Cert III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training, along with a certification in the Fundamentals of Modern Mobility, Ri specialises in injury rehabilitation. This includes postural correction, strength training, body recomposition, mental health rehabilitation, and training for overall health. Ri’s expertise lies in addressing the fundamentals and ensuring a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.

One of Ri’s favourite pieces of health advice is:

"Focus on fixing the fundamentals - water, sleep, balanced diet, food for the soul & spending time with people who make us feel good." 

Outside of professional fitness, Ri is an enthusiastic gamer, she’s a big fan of the Legend of Zelda franchise, and is particularly skilled in Super Smash Brothers and Mario Kart. She dreams of a nomadic life in a converted bus with their fiancé and two dogs, travelling around the warmer parts of Australia while studying anthropology.
